All orders are shipped from Belgium.
Delivery times are understood from the day of dispatch of your article.

Belgium: 2 to 3 working days

France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 3 to 4 working days

More distant countries (Europe): 4 to 7 days.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, for a refund.

Returns Belgium - free

1. Send us an e-mail (nastasya@histoiresauvage.com) to inform us of your wish to return an article. Do not forget to specify your name and order number.
2. Wait to receive the return label by email.
3. Pack your new, unworn, undamaged item. Drop it off at your Mondial Relay point.
4. Wait for your refund. Note that the refund period can take up to 15 days. 

International Returns

2. package your item in new, unworn, undamaged condition. Drop it off at your post office.
